"When we moved our offices The Computer Guys met with us and projected our needs for the next few years. They designed our entire system. They also took the time to meet with all of the other vendors like telephone and cable to cover every facet of what was required. They always go the extra mile"
"The Computer Guys have the quickest response time that we have ever experienced. All I have to do is make one phone call and I know that our problem will be solved."

The Computer Guys' Story
Frank McDonough and John Stone, co-founders and owners of The Computer Guys, Inc., met 20 years ago in a technical program at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where both were training to become electric technicians. The friendship they developed was the foundation for a lifelong bond.
In 1986, when Frank and John entered the computer industry, mainframes were the computers of choice and the IBM PC had just been introduced. A 10 Mb hard drive - that's right, 10 Mb! - averaged $1,500. Keyboards ran for $500.
Frank and John worked for a few sales-based companies in their early years. The 80's was a time of rapid growth and both held full-time day jobs and moonlighted on their businesses in their basements - Frank with PC's Unlimited Repair and John with The Computer Clinic. In the late 80's, they helped each other in their respective businesses and formed the relationship they continue to build today.
By 1994, The Computer Guys incorporated with five full-time employees. Since then, the company has grown to 19 employees and greatly expanded its service offerings, though two constants of TCG remain - Frank and John's strong partnership and their commitment to client relationships.
Since they believe in giving back, Frank and John regularly contribute to the community. They have been proud Benefactors of the Natick Service Council (NSC) and are involved with the Metrowest English as a Second Language Organization, a nonprofit that provides all levels of English classes to students ranging from ages 5 to 75+. The Computer Guys have also been actively involved with the Corridor Nine and the Metrowest Chambers for several years and have sponsored two TCG employees for U.S. citizenship.
In their 17+ years in business together, Frank and John have combined a focused strategy and common sense approach: You should treat people as you want to be treated. It's their responsibility to ask questions and ensure that they understand the concerns, questions, and perceptions of their clients and employees. A business has a responsibility to the community, to help others wherever and whenever it can. As their company continues to grow and prosper, Frank and John remain committed to putting people first. It's a philosophy that has served them, their clients and their business well.
